EXCHANGES/RETURN
All sales are FINAL. WE DO NOT DO REFUNDS BUT ACCEPT EXCHANGES. To be eligible for an Exchange your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn unwashed and unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
Any worn or damaged items will be returned to sender.
To start a exchange you can contact us at info@trucutieshop.com. Items sent back to us without first requesting an exchange will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. Please email photos of the damages or wrong items to info@trucutieshop.com.
EXCEPTIONS
Unfortunately, we cannot accept exchanges on Customizable items, on Sale items, and Final Sale items
TruCutieShop is not responsible for any shipping and handling fees associated with returns whatsoever. The customer is responsible for all fees associated with the transit of the item(s).
