Shipping policy

SHIPPING

Once your order has been processed, it will be shipped via our partnering courier companies such as USPS and local postal office. You will receive a shipping confirmation email with your shipping details and a tracking number which you can use to track your order online. Each shipment will be given a unique tracking number and you will be notified via our automated tracking system.

 

PROCESSING

Delivery times vary according to location, and are estimated as follows:

  • United States | 3-5 days for processing. Upgraded Shipping to Priority Mail will process in 2-3 Days. Once shipped delivery time within the United States is 1 to 7 days, depending on the delivery option chosen at checkout 
  • Business days do not include Weekends or Holidays
  • Please be advised that PRE-ORDER items take about 2-3 weeks to ship or the date specified at checkout!

*The time is takes to receive items includes processing + shipping transit time.  Example:  choosing next day shipping service does not guarantee you will receive it the day after you placed your order.  You must still allow time for your order to be processed.*

PRE-ORDER POLICY

  • Pre- orders are advance purchases made on new merchandise that is scheduled to be shipped at a future date.  This item may result in shipping delays and will be shipped out when item is in stock.

CANCELLATIONS

Once an order has been processed, it cannot be cancelled or changed.  

*WE ARE NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR ANY SHIPPING DELAYS THAT MAY RESULT FROM INCORRECT ADDRESS,  NATURAL OCCURRENCES. 

We are not RESPONSIBLE  for lost packages.  If you provide the wrong address and it gets returned back to us, you are responsible for the cost of shipment*
